I haven't received a confirmation email for my booking

Please check your junk box as the confirmation email is sent out automatically following a booking.


Can I book a private tour?

We have limited availability for private tours and our guides are often booked up months in advance, especially during the summer. Currently we are not leading any private tours for small groups or leading tours over 2 hours in length.


Can you take bookings over the phone?

Unfortunately we don't have the facility to do this.


How do I use my Days Out voucher?

If you are using a National Rail voucher, enter your code in the discount box on the booking page. You must present your Days Out voucher and national rail tickets to the guide at the start of the tour.


How do I use my virgin or last minute voucher?

Please email with your 1st & 2nd choice date, tour, voucher serial number and pin code.


Do you offer tours August to December? 

Yes, these dates will be added later, usually around June.
