I haven't received a confirmation email for my booking

Please check your junk box as the confirmation email is sent out automatically following a booking.

 

Can I book a private tour?

We are not currently offering bespoke private tours with the following exception: Augusta is offering private tours inside famous buildings in London, and you can find out more here.

 

Can you take bookings over the phone?

Unfortunately we don't have the facility to do this.

 

How do I use my Days Out voucher?

If you are using a National Rail voucher, enter your code in the discount box on the booking page. You must present your Days Out voucher and national rail tickets to the guide at the start of the tour. 

 

How do I use my virgin or last minute voucher?

Please email info@funlondontours.com with your 1st & 2nd choice date, tour, voucher serial number and pin code.
