Alex is a certified tour guide for the City of Westminster, the royal heart of London. Originally a trained actor and theatre director, he still enjoys doing both today, alongside his work as a guide.

Before becoming a tour guide in 2019, he toured as an actor all over the UK, France, Germany, Japan and China performing plays by Shakespeare - don't worry though, he won't start quoting it unless you ask.

When not treading the boards or the pavement, he can be found catching the latest show in town, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or jogging through one of London's many gorgeous parks. Still a keen traveller, he's also been lucky enough to visit Canada, Australia, South Africa and India.

With family roots in London and a lifelong love of history, especially British royal, political and military history, not to mention theatre and the arts, Alex loves showing visitors the incredible heritage, culture and life of London.
